• KARAN EXPORTS custom pistons are manufactured from high quality aluminum alloy as per International Standards. 
• Accuracy is maintained in all fronts:- Weight, dimensions, raw material to provide best working and reduced friction and non expansion of custom pistons. 
• We have a very wide range of custom pistons from Dia 25mm to 225mm applicable for Diesel Engines, Air Compressors, Automobiles, Chainsaw, Marine Engines, Tractors, Generators and Refrigerators.
• Pistons are mostly made from Eutectic Aluminum Silicon alloy with excellent properties as low thermal expansion coefficient duty heat treated after casting for proper microstructure and hardness 70-80 hrb to achieve good mechanical properties to work in hot conditions. 
• Pistons are machined with close tolerances as per requirements.

We manufacture cylinder liners and blocks from centrifugally casted, shell casted with closely grained cast irons. Our cylinder liners are heat treated. Further, our cylinder bores are cross honed and diameters are properly ground finish to achieve the highest level of accuracy.

We hold considerable expertise in providing high quality Engine Valves that are widely appreciated and extensively used in various automobile companies. Our engine valves are supplied to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in international markets; hence they undergo rigorous material and dimensional testing. Our Engine Valves are manufactured with extreme precision using high quality material and latest manufacturing processes like friction welding. The Engine Valves are treated using several methods that impart strength and endurance against damage.

Features

• Bimetal valves are used in critical application where thermal loads are high. Making the valve stem from magnetic, more economical material and valve head from non-magnetic but more expensive material allows us to strike the optimum combination of high performance valves at competitive prices.
• Nitrated to increase performance of exhaust valves that undergo high thermal loads due to high exhaust gas temperatures.
• Chrome plated valve stem to increase the wear resistance due to friction against valve guide.
• Stellited valve seat to get high hot hardness at the seat for heavy duty applications.

Valve Guide are made from grey cast iron alloy with high Phosphorous content to provide high wear resistance and improves working properties in poor lubrication conditions. Valve Guide are made to accurate dimension as per OE standards and the inner bore is also finished to Perfect size, not usually done by Competitors.

Metering the proper amount of oil to the valve stem and guide is the most important function of a valve stem seal. Every valve stem seal design is evaluated on our oil metering test machines to optimize valve train durability, oil consumption, and emissions. Crown International Piston Rings are made from high quality Grey C.I. Castings (Individual Casting) with an ideal combination of free and combined carbon to provide prolonged working life. The casting used has a very fine grain to provide high tension even at elevated temperatures of high-speed engines.

Types Of Rings

• Cast Iron Rings : These rings are made from graded Prelatic Cast Iron alloy. Machined to close tolerances as recommended by O.E. (Original Equipment)
• Steel Ring Chrome Plated : These rings are made of high Tensile special steel machined to proper sizes with Chrome plating from 100 to 200 microns as required by the buyers. This is used in Heavy Duty Diesel Engines.
• SG Iron Casted Rings : These rings are made of SG Iron castings and recommended for Heavy Duty Diesel Engines, specially 3 ring design Piston.
